Dear Mr,
Good day.
You may submit this via e-mail at piog@pagibigfund.gov.ph or have it submitt ed by a representative here in the Philippines in any Pag-IBIG branch.
Please ensure that you choose your membership maturity and the pay an initial one month contribution upon receipt of your POP ID number. However, if you choose to have a representative file your membership application at the POP office, you can have them pay the first month’s contribution directly at the POP office.
Our contribution rate ranges from P200 (or $5) to P1,450. Each rate has a corresponding loanable amount under our housing loan program, should you later decide to take out a housing loan. While new members may begin to contribute at the minimum rate to satisfy the membership residency requirement, the member’s contribution rate may have to be adjusted later if and when a member is approved for a loan under the housing loan program. Membership maturity may be any of the following: five (5), ten (10), fifteen (15), or twenty (20) years. Membership maturity is the basis for withdrawal of your contributions. This should be co-terminus with your housing loan maturity term (in case you are planning to avail our housing loan program). Upon reaching membership maturity, a member will be entitl ed to claim all contributions remitt ed plus dividends.
(Please refer to the table below to choose a contribution rate that best fits your desir ed housing loan entitlement).
Please also note that any member may only avail of a housing loan or multipurpose loan upon completion of 24-months’ contribution or its equivalent in lump sum payment.
For more inquiries, you may call us at (632) 893-8874 (Marketing Division), (632) 811-4272 (Housing Division), and/or (632) 724-4244 ( Pag-IBIG Fund Call Center ).
Furthermore, you are requir ed to attend a housing loan counseling which is sch ed ul ed every weekdays, 8:00-10:00 A.M. and 1:00-3:00 P.M. for retail properties at Rm. 602 6/F Atrium Bldg., Makati Avenue , Makati City and 10:00.-12:00 P.M. and 3:00-5:00 P.M. for properties under developer’s account at the 8th flr., #317 Justine Bldg., Sen Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City. All the requirements and processing of the loan will be discuss ed here by our Representative at the Housing Division.
If you are not here in the Philippines during the processing of your housing loan or to attend loan counseling, you may authorize a representative to transact business with us by issuing a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for that purpose.
Housing loans are available up to P3 million, and with interest rates ranging from 6%-11.5%, subject to factors such as disposable income, monthly contributions and the appraised value of the property.
Thank you.
