Writing my letter of resignation

Not again! I’ve been here for more than 1.5 years now, not too long but not too short. Even though its not easy to depart from your colleagues, greener pasture gives me more smile on my face, at least I can now fulfill not only my dreams but my dreams for my aging parents. Here is a sample of a resignation letter that I’m planning to give them:

Please accept this letter as my notice of resignation, effective October 2008.

This company is an ideal one, and the time I have spent here has been rewarding and helpful in my career, and I hope that my contributions to the company have been effective..

Dear diary, oops!:

It is with both regret and anticipation to tender my resignation effective September 27, 2008. I’ll be leaving the country to be with my family and it would take time before my return.

Working with such established company tenures I and I cannot ask for more. I have a career here at company. I have enjoyed working with my colleagues, and I’ll miss everything of company. If there’s something I might be of help, please let me know, I’ll make myself available.

It’s hard to let go of things that you have been doing for years now, especially if your friends are involved. I consider it a treasure to work with you guys. Thank you for the laughter over a spilled beer, the out of towns for team buildings, the usual asaran when we are at our bay, making scams to the customer, nyehehe, just to meet the daily targets, whata!, the sharing of personal experiences overlooking the horizon of Batangas or the mountains of Laguna, your dreams…mine, the pre-dawn to lunch inuman and basagan ng trip sa Treats, the overflowing of food during summer outings: the legs, breast, arse, what more can you ask for? wag lang mabuking so put on your shades, the common sense answer to a common sense question about troubleshooting a pc, the mad-cow-desease face of an rs when you’re trying to get approval for dispatches, the usual reasons like LBM or headaches or toothaches even heartaches just to be absent for the day or even for the following day!, the ever smiling and with loudspeaker on throat FL, you know who you are: thanks, sa mga nagpapasakay sa oto kung uwian, salamat!, the never ending inuman nnmn sa bar and hopping into another just to get rid of the team fund!, What matters most is this sentence: “wag u maniwala kay dt, stats moo din yan!”and “sa prisinto kana magpaliwanag” while riding a bus, and “isama mo pa si donding daga”. “when your power’s combined…” hahahaha, “yahooo yahooo”. mga artistahin ung team natin, I won’t forget the pictures: sana pala may copy nun para mapost dito, lol, why dont you send me those?

For those of you in some part or in another made my day, thank you, Batch 9, you know who you are. May the good Lord shower you some blessings with me having more? wehehe.
