Before I dispose the box of HAVitALL that contains all the information regarding the food supplement, writing about it and sharing what it contains is my way of thanking Vita-Tech International Inc, who manufactured such a wonder drug. See, I’m a drug addict!
1. Calcium (50mg), Vitamin D (5mcg) and K (25mcg), Phosphorous (40mg), Manganese (2mg), and Magnesium (50mg) = to help protect against osteoporosis and maintain strong teeth and bones.
2. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 (1.5mg), B12 (2.5mcg), Niacinamide (16mg), Pantothenic acid (5mg), Biotin (30mcg), and L-carnitine (5mg) = for proper metabolism of carbohydrate, protein and fat to provide energy.
3. Inositol (10mg), Choline (10mg), and Ginseng (20mg) = to help enhance brain and nervous system function.
4. Vitamin A (from Retinol Palmitate 432mcg, and from Beta Carotene 100mcg), Vitamin C (60 mg), Vitamin E (15mg), Taurine (10mg), and Lutein (250 mcg) = to help maintain good eyesight and healthy skin.
5. Folic Acid (400mcg), Vitamins A, B6, B12, Copper (300mcg), and Iron (12mg) = to help maintain normal growth, division and regeneration of cells and keep the blood healthy.
6. Iron, Iodine (150mcg), Manganese, Magnesium, Molybdenum (25mcg), and Calcium = to assist in vital biochemical and metabolic processes to maintain proper body functions.

Though I should be avoiding products that said “no therapeutic claims” on its label, I can’t resist when I found out what’s inside each tablet and what it can do for me, for an adult. Every now and then, as what I had posted, that you should not stick to a certain product for long. A box of this and a bit of other products will make your body adjust to certain levels of vitamins and minerals intake. Use it once a day or as prescribed by a doctor. Hold on, since both “no therapeutic…” and “…as prescribed by doctor” are both written on the box, better ask your doctor what it means when it says “no thera thing…”
